1 What is Fleki?
Fleki is an app where you share wishes with followers and receive their support through tips or digital gift cards. Gifters add paid digital goods (voice notes, messages, drawings, etc.) to enhance the gifting experience.
2 Who uses Fleki?
Fleki Wishlist is used by creators who have audiences that want to support them (YouTubers, TikTokers, podcasters, models, artists)
3 What problem does Fleki solve?
Based on the latest Linktree report, 72% of content creators made less than $500 per year.
Being a creator is hard; wishlists showing what they need can help them pay for essentials, improve their work, and feel motivated and supported by their audience.
3 Are tips considered income?
Yes, tips are considered income. For payouts, you will need to provide us with a W-9 form. If you have earned and withdrawn more than $600 during a relevant tax year, you will need to submit an IRS Form 1099.
If applicable, Fleki will send you a Form 1099 to the address on your W-9 form. Additionally, a digital copy can be downloaded from your account.
4 Is there a limit to how much my gift can be worth?
Yes, for security reasons, the value of your gift cannot exceed $500, and the maximum transaction limit is also set at $500.
5 How do I create a wishlist?
To create a wishlist, you must download Fleki and then add digital gift cards or wishes to your Wishlist.
6 What are the use cases of wishlists?
Wishlists make it easy to organize, share, and receive support for the things that matter most.

7 What type of gifts can I add to my wishlist?
You can add two types of gifts to your Fleki wishlist:
- Wishes (Tips): Creators can personalize their wishes with names like "Coffee Treat," "Manicure," or "Pedicure." However, these wishes function as tips, which are processed as ACH payouts through a trusted payout provider, such as Masspay.
- Digital Gift Cards: Digital gift cards are delivered straight to your email, ready to use at the brand's store. We use a gift card solution that partners with brands to provide digital gift cards.
Important: You need to be at least 18 years old and pass a KYC verification process to receive gifts.
8 How long will it take for me to get my gifts?
Payouts for tips: The first payout may take 7 days due to security protocols. Subsequent payouts occur every two business days, settling in your account within 2-5 business days.
Digital Gift Card: It takes between 24 and 72 hours to arrive in your email. You will receive the code, instructions on how to use your gift card, and the terms and conditions provided by our gift card solution.
Important note: Fleki only operates in the US market.
9 Why is there an extra fee for voice notes?
Voice notes are part of our digital add-ons designed to make the gifting experience more personal and meaningful. This small extra fee helps support Fleki’s continued development, allowing us to improve the app, build new features, and deliver a better experience for everyone.
10 Does Fleki ship physically gift cards to people?
All gift cards are digital. We don’t hold inventory; instead, we partner with a backend provider that has established relationships with brands.

12 How old do I have to be to use Fleki?
To sign up for an account, you need to be at least 18 years old and pass a KYC verification process to receive gifts. You can read more about this policy here.
13 What information is visible?
For wishlist owners: Buyers cannot see your private information, email or address.
For gift purchasers: Wishlist owners cannot see your payment information or email.
The only information visible is your profile with your wishlist.
14 What fees do you charge?
For the Wishlist Owner: No fees (0%).
For the Gift Purchaser: A 10% fee applies.
Voice notes and other digital goods to enhance the gift experience have an additional cost.
15 Does Fleki show your address?
Fleki does not show your address, the buyer of your wishlist will not be able to see your address, delivery name or any other identifiable information
16 Where is Fleki available?
Fleki is available only in the U.S. and has been approved by Apple and Google for their respective app stores.
17 What are the returns and exchange policies?
Fleki has a friendly return policy to keep gifters and recipients satisfied.
18 My gift card isn’t working. What do I do?
If you encounter any issues with your digital gift card, please contact customer support, and we will assist you in troubleshooting the problem. If there’s an issue with the code, we’ll promptly provide you with a solution.
