Refund Policy

Thank you for using Fleki. We appreciate your as a customer and we are committed to providing you with the best experience possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

FOR WISHES/GIFT CARDS (WISHLIST)

Please note that due to the nature of our payout process and the delivery of digital gift cards, we are unable to offer refunds once funds have been deposited into the recipient's bank account, or the digital gift card has been sent, opened, or used.

However, in the unlikely event that there is an issue on our end with sending the payout or delivering the digital gift card, we will work to find a solution and issue a refund.

FOR PHYSICAL GIFTS

IMPORTANT: Payments are processed by a gifting solution that has relationships with Shopify stores; payment is NOT processed by Fleki using a third-party payment processor.

Except the important interpretation, Fleki will make Refund, Resend, or Accept the Return for any of the following cases:

1 Gifts delayed

Gifts that are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired after 60 days counting from the date that order.

2 Order not Received

Fleki will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.

  1. If you do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with official seal is necessary.
  2. Tracking Information Alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons listed as below:

a) Incorrect/insufficient Address.

b) No Such Number.

c) Recipient unknown.

d) Refused.

e) Do not pick up in time.

f) No safe delivery location.

g) Uncleared customs.

h) Others.

3 Products damaged

Fleki offer a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.

4 Incorrect gifts

For products with wrong color, size, Fleki will refund the total of your gift. Fleki will refund the amount of your gift.

5 Unacceptable disputes

Fleki shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

  1. The buyer does not like it.
  2. Products smell unusual.
  3. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
  4. The shipping address provided incorrectly.

6 Refund process

Please contact our customer support team at support@tumster.io with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant pictures if applicable.

Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the incorrect item.

Upon analysing the pictures, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
